Nancy McCully explores what North Carolina’s barrier islands have to offer, including sandy beaches, lighthouses, shipwrecks, the Wright Brothers, and more. (In person/online)

Sandy beaches, ocean waves, shells, shore birds, and lighthouses…you’ll find all these at Cape Hatteras National Seashore. You’ll also find pirates, shipwrecks, Wilbur and Orville Wright, the Lost Colony, and Ocracoke Island’s wild horses. Join us as we explore what North Carolina’s barrier islands have to offer.

Registration is required. 

You may attend this program in person at the library, or may attend virtually/online.
