Tax Help

AARP Tax Aides will be available at several other libraries in the area beginning in February. Because of our upcoming library remodel, we are unable to host this year. The Mundelein Tax Aides will instead be at the Mundelein Village Hall, 2nd floor entrance off Archer Ave. You may make an appointment on the hour from 1pm to 4pm on Thursdays and 9am to 12pm on Fridays beginning Feb. 2nd.

Click here to make an appointment online. Click on a Thursday or Friday date from Feb. 2nd - April 14th to find an appointment time on your selected date.

What to Bring To Your Appointment

The Village of Mundelein is not able to assist with appointments, but the library is able to assist patrons who are unable to access the online appointment site.
Call us at 847-566-8702 and press 4.

Questions about taxes or any other details about your appointment may be directed to the Tax Aide's voicemail at 224-424-3118. Someone will return your call as soon as possible.

Click here to see other locations in Lake County. Click "View Details" and either call the number or click "Make an Appointment" if they offer online booking.
