“Count your blessings,” is a phrase we’ve all heard and are reminded of when times get hard. But we shouldn’t just count them when we’re struggling. Studies show that creating a habit of reflecting on what is going right rather than what is going wrong has many health benefits. During this one-hour program we’ll discuss the benefits of gratitude journals and take time to journal what we are grateful for. Journals will be provided.
