Join instructor Isabel Raci, C-IAYT, online for a gentle session of guided meditation and chair yoga.

You will receive an email with the link to the meeting. Click that meeting at the start time to join us.

YOU WILL NEED

• a sturdy arm-less chair
• comfortable clothes that allow for movement (don't wear a belt)

OPTIONAL

• a yoga mat is not necessary, but if you have one, put it underneath the chair
• bare feet or gym shoes
• no socks, as socks might be slippery when we get on our feet
• a thick beach or bath towel
• a yoga strap or scarf

WHAT TO EXPECT

• some fun
• some gentle movement
• don't expect perfection!

EACH CLASS WILL

• start out with a quiet time
• breathing exercise
• moving exercise
• standing balance at your chair
• finish with quiet time
