Calling all casual viewers and cinephiles! Come talk about excellent movies at Fremont’s new film club, You Had Me at Film Club. Each month, we’ll discuss classic and contemporary films while enjoying sweet treats, provided by the Library. No deep film knowledge required, just a love for good movies and good company. This month’s movie: The Florida Project
Plot: Set over one summer, the film follows precocious six year old Moonee as she courts mischief and adventure with her ragtag playmates and bonds with her rebellious but caring mother, all while living in the shadows of Disney World. Directed by Oscar-winning director, Sean Baker.
