Patrons with an income of $84,000 or less in 2024 can file their taxes online for free with an in-person counselor on hand to ask questions. Computers and a printer will be provided. Basic computer skills required. Sign up for a 30-minute slot to complete your state and federal tax returns.
You will need the forms and receipts that show the money you earned in 2024 and the tax-deductible expenses you paid. These include:
A W-2 form from each employer.
Other earning and interest statements (1099 and 1099-INT forms).
Receipts for charitable donations; mortgage interest; state and local taxes; medical and business costs; and other tax-deductible expenses if you are itemizing your return.
