Open Meetings Act
Pursuant to Section 120/7.3 of the Open Meetings Act, the library district is required to publish a salary compensation report detailing the total compensation package of each employee in excess of $75,000 per year. To view this report click here.

Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) Notice
- In accordance with Illinois Public Act 101-0504, a link to IMRF's public disclosures regarding employer cost and other participation information is available here: Employer Cost & Participant Information
- IMRF Member Compensation* will be made available immediately upon request at the Fremont Public Library District's Administration Office at 1170 N. Midlothian Road in Mundelein, IL and is open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. The phone number is 847-566-8702.
Note: Exemptions under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act may allow non-disclosure of some parts of public records maintained by the library.
*Pursuant to Illinois law (5 ILCS 120/7.3a), a certified list of employees whose total compensation packages are $75,000 or greater is available for inspection at Fremont Public Library District's Administration Office.
*Pursuant to Illinois law (5 ILCS 120/7.3b), a copy of an employee’s total compensation package equal to $150,000 or greater will be made available for inspection at Fremont Public Library District's Administration Office at least 6 days before budget approval by the Fremont Public Library Board of Trustees.
