The library is an official place of voter registration for residents of any Illinois county.
To register, you must:
- bring 2 forms of ID, one of which must have your current address.
- If a naturalized citizen, provide the date and place of naturalization.

Registered voters in Lake County can verify their registration, find their polling place, view sample ballots, and more through Voter Power, a service of the Lake County Clerk.
